Record disabled in form with a purple mark

Hello,

I have a record in my customers form witch became disabled when put the customer on credit hold (see the screen shot below)

Is there a way to force that record to become enabled.

Go to a form called "suspended records" - the refresh takes a while, but you can make it faster by filtering on C*

the form is called "Suspended Updates", it resolves my problem.
