Can we get a specific user details like IFS Person ID, Manager,Alternate Manager etc from IFS using ION API.
Is there any Documentation available for Mingle API?

I've checked with the IFS team, they have an API, but it is not exposed through ION API gateway. May I ask what you are developing? For what application?
I would create a support request or an enhancement request to see if this could be added. It's hard to develop solutions if there is no API to get current user information.
I assume it's the current user you would like to get information about? Because getting information from another user might require more permissions, depending on the scenario.
Please be more specific when submitting a report so that it is clear what the background is, what products are being used etc.
All APIs that are available for Mingle can be browsed in the ION API Administration tool, where there is a Swagger client with some information. I don't think there is more information than that but feel free to report any missing documentation so that it can be added in the Swagger documentation. In that tool you can also try the APIs that are available.
I forwarded the questions so let's see if such an API will be available in the future.
