We have setup escalations on some of our tasks for a credit workflow. Our users are asking if there is a way to easily see who the escalations went to.
I know we can see a task was escalated. The only way I was able to determine the escalation was by looking at the distribution list, take a user, go over to Outlook and look at the Outlook properties and determine that user's manager.
Has anyone else figured out a better way to determine this?
