Configure Mingle notification drill back to point to Purchase order clone screen in EAM - IOS setup

Hi All,

I'm working in a scenario where I had configured a PO workflow in IOS (12.0.40) and same workflow sends notification to the Mingle homepage.

In the Mingle notification we have drill back hyperlinks which is connecting to EAM Purchase Order screen properly. The issue is if we create a clone of PO screen then how can we points the IOS drill back hyperlink to the PO clone screen, currently it points to EAM base PO screen.

Not sure is it possible or not? if yes then how to achieve this?

This could be the case if you are using the standard drill backs provided by Infor. In this case, the screen IDs would be pointing to the standard PO screen. If you want your drillback to go to a new screen, there are options in Ming.le to import a custom Drillback XML that points to your screen and you need to use that drillback on your workflow task definition.Hope this helps. (However, please note that I am not an EAM expert to confirm that the customization options available in Infor OS will work with custom screens in EAM.)

I assume you want the user to go to the PO screen in EAM and not M3?

Yes, this is related with Infor EAM and not M3.

And the hyperlink is working fine if record is created from PO screen, but if the record is created from the clone of PO screen then still the hyperlink sends user to PO screen instead of clone.
