IDM Question: Preview vs. Print

On the Purchase Order Report, if you choose "Preview", the report opens in the browser and can be printed. If you choose "Print" the report goes to the Report Output Files queue and you have to View it there to print. Our folks like doing the Preview, but then it does not go to IDM. Is there a way to either get Preview to work with IDM or get Print to open in a browser?

Set up a Report Option for Purchase Order Report for the relevant user(s) with Autoview ticked. Print will launch the browser window

Alternatively, have them wait a few seconds for the post to IDM to complete then refresh the PO screen in CSI. Doc will be visible in the Context Toolbar (Related Information widget)

That did not work. When I hit "Print" it just says "Report Submitted" and never opens in the browser.

Strange. Example from new Cloud Demo system

Presume you populated the Output Directory field? In this system, all reports pop up in a new browser tab.
