HTTP Connections to Infor

Hi,

We have noticed ION oauth2 service (authorization server) is listening on port 443 and the application services are listening on port 7443 (ION API Gateway).

Therefore, we need two HTTP connectors to connect to ION APIs via Dell Boomi.

Is there an alternate solution to connect to ION APIs though a single HTTP connection?

Auth server and Ion Api gateway are architecturally two separate components. They have different load requirements and hence are maintained separately which allows them to independently scale. 

On the Authorized app side, the details you get also will have two separate properties for auth service and ionapi endpoint respectively, so that client can discover them separately. Typically clients implementation like Postman etc respect this archtiecture and provide options to configure security and api endpoints separately. So this is not a limitation of any kind per se.
