ION workflow - Include header parameter like AccountingEntityID within a workflow

Hi,

I am new to this group and ION. I have created a journal Workflow and wish to include the accounting entity (Sun Business Unit) as a parameter and link it to my approval matrix. Other than creating a separate workflow by Business Unit, is there a way to include the AccountingEntiryID from the header of the BOD into my workflow?

If you are creating a ION Workflow policy to drive this from a BOD, then the Accounting Entity is an attribute from the Data Area verb that can be selected.

Sun would need to be populating it. Each BOD has an identifier(s) and those have attributes of AE (and others) if they are being populated.

All the parameters for the workflow is coming from the Sun Intergration Workflow Definition, the problem I have is I can't get the Workflow parameters to pick up the AccountingEntity 'TKP' above to populate my field 'Business Unit'. I can hardcode it, but then I need to create a workflow per business unit.

TKP is one of 4 business units where journals will originate from for approval.
