Customer Interactions > Emails

Using the Vendor default Customer Interactions form, I can send an email to all except one email address.

I verified this is the correct address and that it can receive external emails.

I have also been able to determine that the email is never making it to our SMTP server so it is pretty obvious that CSI is not sending it.

Does anyone know a log or something that might help me troubleshoot this? We are 9.1 SAS.

What I have discovered is that CSI uses AWS and AWS will block an email address if it fails the first time. After this happens, good luck getting Infor Support to help you as they do not seem willing to contact AWS and since we are an indirect customer (SaaS), AWS will not speak to me directly. As a workaround, I created an alias and now have everything working.

Vendor Interaction emails are sent using an EventHandler (if you have activated it, but I guess yes since your others users are).

So checking the EventStatus and EventHandlerStatus form could perhaps help if this eventHandler falls in error.
