Forgot Password or User ID Link - Customer Portal Home Page

Has anyone had luck creating a useable link for the users on the customer portals to reset their own passwords? Right now our customer portal just has a link that takes them to our company contact information (address and phone number). We would like to setup for them to send them an email and then allow them to reset it through that.

Can you clarify your request as much of this is availing in the Infor provided CloudSuite identity processes.

Is this in reference to a Cloud Multitenant environment, and are you using Infor Identities or are you federated to your Identity provider?

If you are federated, then your in house processes would apply.  If there is a web link that they can use as a service that would be possible, but most of this is handled in the redirect to IdP and your processes.

IF you are using Infor Identities then there are capabilities in the logon screen, in IFS user management and in portal User Setting to manage passwords.   Infor Identities is only available in Cloud Multitenant environments.
