after installation infor OS, i cannot open ION Desk
the problem is while getting user information.
i check Grid log for ION DeskNode :

com.infor.ion.desk.common.auth.util.GridApiException: GetCurrentUserClaim failed
i need help and advice please.
how to resolve this problem?
