Has anyone had success in creating an application event that would create a new record in a different table/form then where the event is triggered? We have lot of duplicate entry and wasted time in the CRM functions of Syteline and would like to automate some of it. We would like to create an event that auto-creates the lead when the Sales Contact is created.
