Requirement – when the user generates the customer invoice from InforXA, the generated invoice PDF documents should be sent to IDM automatically. Is it possible to automate this process? Please advise on this.

Cobwebb's Forms Management software allows you to design the look and feel of your XA generated documents (invoice, PO etc) and when run, the document is automatically archived to IDM or any other Document Archive. You can also automatically distribute the document to a printer, via email, to XML etc.
