Natural Keys not available at Level 'NameofLevel'

I am working on a very large spreadsheet and making dimensions from attributes in the spreadsheet. One of them are customer. I have checked my levels and fields that I am including under customer but when processing, I get this error "Natural Keys not available at Level 'NameofLevel'". Any suggestions?

Can you share some more about how you're modeling this? Is this using Classic Birst Admin or are you using the new Modeling? Have you created a hierarchy or did you model this directly? Where are you seeing that error message?

Hi, I actually got this to work. It had to do with the Hierarchys and Levels. All is well, for now
