Attached is a Birst dashboard showing the number of days to close our Birst Support cases. Everything except the 'Avg Awaiting Development' KPI is either Closed or Researching. The current record is 121 days to close, and 2 are still being researched with no reported progress to date.
The average days open has increased to 22, and the average number of days to research the 2 open cases is now 71.5 days.
