How to include the report parameters in the excel output from M3

How do you include the report parameters in the excel output from M3?

I see how the parameters are in the XML - under tag 'Cover' - but I dont see this data in the XML structure in CMS007.

CMS0025 also has the parameter for XML to include the 'cover' information and I have this checked.

If you look at PCS411PF for example, there is basic metadata - but not the report paramters, and the data area is blank.

Based on KB 2019823:

"Limitation:

Because only one table can be used when using Excel templates in IDM, it is not possible to include cover information or job metadata information in the Excel files."

Thank you for the response, but that is an old KB - we can now have seperate tables (tabs), by selecting 'multiple files' on CMS006. This allows you to have separate worksheets for each section. The issue I am running into is that I dont see how to pull in the cover information - note: metadata section works great.
