Hyperion Explorer version 8.2.1 as a query tool

Is it possible to connect Hyperion Explorer version 8.2.1 to the Data Lake to be used as a query tool?

We've written an extensive number of queries using Hyperion Explorer over the years, are very familiar with the tool, and are looking for ways to salvage these efforts in the CSD environment.

Check if you can use JQuery tool to connect directly with Datalake.

Other option is Datalake APIs can be used to extract data from Datalake in text file format (scripting to be used) and can be loaded to Essbase via Maxl's.
