Have any one experienced this? Menu which we configured often disappears and default menu appear. When we save the changes again, it reappears. Any idea on this
Can you share any screenshot where exactly in Config Console you are encountering this... It would be good if you even specify what type of menu is it and name of the menu

I have seen this also in Rich Client. Usually if I click the start button 2 or 3 times it will come back without having to re-save the config. Do you have this happen in the HTML UI as well?
