I am a new user and still getting use to Concierge so my apologies if this is not the correct place.
Regarding my question, in Customer Order Entry we use multiple customizable user defined fields that are tied to specefic udf.id values.
Example Udf.id='udf=-00001' is the value tied to the job name field.
i want to query some or all of the customizable udf fields IN THE SAME ROW but I lack the understanding to accomplish this. I am assuming it is possible because using the search function in customer order entry all customizable user def fields are available in columns named their respective label names, not string_val which is where the data lives according to the data source button.
This may have been confusing but I am in need of assistance or direction. Please and thank you for anything you can offer,
