Automatically check update prepaid amount checkbox

Typing this for the third time becasue the forum webpage keeps crashing. Not surprising if infor wrote it.

How do i make this checkbox check automatically? I have tried to make the default value "true' and "1" with no luck. Can anybody point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Set the default value to 1 and then set the Boolean true and false to 1 and 0 respectively

Of course this will be for new records only, otherwise it will be based on the bound value.

I think Default will kick in for new record. I think you will need a formscript to loop through the records and do a modify refresh?

I do some of this in Mongoose with editing the Binding --> Edit Variable Binding --> then set initial binding as 1.

I did fix the two boolean values i was missing, it did not work. Anything else i might be missing?

I don't know the details of how your form works, but in other forms where I've seen similar behavior, there could be form level/UI events that are resetting the value. This could occur due to various types of event handlers - form scripts, and other types, that may be setting the value to 0, after you set it to 1. Your choices to resolve are to study the form really carefully (quickest for small/simple forms) or use Mongoose form debugging tools.
