PPS330 DrillBack_BookMark Is Invalid

Hello Everyone, 

I have created the Custom form for PPS330 drillback, but it is giving an error "BookMark Is Invalid"

Tried using PPS201, MPLINE with related option 11 AND with PPS330, MPLIND both resulting same error.

Upon using these approaches via MTS043 it is working perfectly fine. Not sure via it is not working via ION  (Ming.Le DrillBack)

IBPNLS is missing for PPS201

ICPNLX is missing for PPS330

Try to add those in your drillback file even if value will be blank.
