Acknowledge BOD's when Proces BOD is rejected are sent 6 times.

Hello All,

I work with EAM and ION cloud and created a document flow for assets and when i sent an correct proces BOD to EAM there is one acknowlegde BOD response.

But when there is an error, for example invalid AssetID then there is also a acknowledge BOD but this then repeated 6 times.

My questions are:

Why is it repeating this 6 times?

Is it possible to set this to 1 time? and if so where can i do this?

Hey Martin,

EAM is generating the Acknowledgement to indicate something went wrong. First thing I would do is check if all of the replies are identical or if they are communicating different errors. However, I think this might need EAM support to jump on to determine whether this is the appropriate behavior and see if this could/should be improved upon.

That means opening a support incident with the EAM integration queue
