Expand and Collapse Hierarchy in Slice

I am new to Application Studio, so I apologize in advance if this is an obvious question. I am trying to create a trial balance report where I can expand and collapse the Chart of Accounts and related dimensions; however, when I select the List View option of "Elements underneath including parents" it displays fully expanded without the option of collapsing, which is different than the behavior when I create a standard hyperblock. Is there a way to have this functionality using a slice? I think for this report a slice would be much more effective. Thanks in advance, I'm excited to be part of the group!

Welcome Ka$ey!

There are multiple ways to show/hide rows. I think what you want is to include the lowest level you want users to see. Then, Click on the Hyperblock's 3 dots. From there, you can set the "Begin at Expansion Level". Try Level 1 first to get a feel for it.

Kasey, Mike, looks like it is expand and collapse of slices. I will check with Development where we are with it, but it's definitely in our roadmap to add simple feature to support it. Currently, you can check how it's done in Self-Service, where we did it with actions.
