MDX based Queries in v12

Hello together,

we have some reports which rely on MDX.Execute in v11. I suppose there will be no equivalent in v12?

Sometimes MDX Queries are very handy for specfic cases (e.g. if you need a representation of data which is not available as hierarchy) and interaction with other formulas in the Excel sheet, maybe some of the functions might also be available in the new dynamic functions, but I suppose not all.

@Nick can you give a short answer about the v12 possibilities?

@All Do you also use MDX.Excute in v11?

Currently we do have several options with dynamic queries where we can also use MDX (like descendants, children, etc)

We also have Read.Slice formula that will define complete view

And we also have roadmap for MDX.Execute like formula in Excel Integration, thought timeline depends on how much you will like previous options so we are looking forward for some updates from our users on dynamic functions and decide on priority of MDX.Execute based on that...

I liked those MDX options but really needed an all base elements type of choice for it to work for our use case.
