When using OePricingMultipleV5 in ion api, sometimes we get a response within 10 seconds, sometimes (with the same resquest) it takes 45 seconds. We have the same issue with other ones.

Not sure which product you're using here underneath the APIs but it might be something with the application itself exposing the APIs rather than the API gateway itself which is providing pass-through operations. It might be easiest & best to open a support incident with your ERP queue to ask for more details here
