Just wondered if anyone here had managed to trigger ION workflows via this form.
I've configured an ION API Service Account and can successfully configure Pulse Alerts via this form. There's a guide on the Support Portal attached to KB 2138207 which fixed my original problems with Pulse Alerts and should also allow me to trigger workflows.
The form should allow me to configure Workflow Alerts and Workflow Approval Requests, but when I get to the stage where I should be choosing the Workflow to trigger and pass in Properties to the Workflow parameters, I get the message "Could not get Bearer token".
Any guidance much appreciated
