Adding item alias 01 (popular number) to IDM outputs

We are trying to make the item alias 01 popular number available on the order line so it can be printed on outputs. M3 seems to provide for this thru OIS140/J, where you are able to select which alias you want to come out on field group OOLINE field OBPOPN (which is available on the standard OIS193PF XML, for instance). However, Popular Number is not one of the options on this screen.

We have tried various combinations but we have not been successful. How can we make the item alisa 01 popular number available for outputs from orders, deliveries and invoices?

Correct.

Either you enter your order line by typing the popular number (POPN field will then automatically be filled with this value, ALWT=01) or you enrich the OIS193PF XML by adding a custom section in the "line" part of the XML.

I agree with Maxime, this is the best way to do it.

If you enter the Alias number of the Item when adding the Line Item to the Customer Order - this will automatically populate the Alias Number field. or you can add it manually to this field.

But to add the field so that it is available on the document outputs there are 2 steps

1) what Maxime has stated, where you add the field to the XML

- CMS009 is where you need to add the additional field

2) where you include the field in the Document template.

- you need to make sure you have the IDM plugin installed to your microsoft word application.

Sorry, the program is OIS014/J. However, Popular Number is not one of the options?
