Multi-Tenant Cloud Customer trying to import data from IDO directly to Excel

I have followed the advice of others and read documentation and watched YouTube videos.  So far, I have been able to generate a token and create a GET command in Postman that gives me results from an IDO.  What I don't know and cannot seem to find information on, though, is how I can then take this from Postman and use it in Microsoft Excel?  Could I format the URL to include the Header data and then use that in the Data > From Web option?  All of this is new to me so if anyone has any advice/direction it would be appreciated.  Here is what I have in 9.01 that works:

You can't do direct to Excel from Postman. You would have to use PowerQuery in Excel to pull the data in directly. But it doesn't work for CSI 9 SaaS, you have to be using CSI 10 SaaS.

It used to work for CSI 9, but something changed and either Excel can't pass the token in a format CSI 9 likes or CSI 9 isn't processing the request properly. Because it works in CSI 10, I am going to say it was something that changed on the CSI side.
