How does one change Next Run time to take effect immediately?

Hello,

I have set up an Upload Schedule Frequency for 1 Week just to see what the duration would be. After the job is completed, I want to change the Frequency to Days/Hours to better match the duration. Since the Next Run is set to a week from now, what do I need to do so that the job can run immediately or change the Next Run to match my new Frequency?

I have tried changing the Status from Active to Inactive and back to Active. Nothing update the Next Run to a newer time.

Ah, yikes - I'm afraid I don't have the answer to this. I'm a master of none for EAM but you may want to file a support incident with the EAM queue and ask if the upload utility is behaving properly with respect to the updated schedule. Sounds like something funky could be going on

Which feature or product are you using? This sounds something in or around ION, if I'm not mistaken?
