Mongoose error "Invalid configuration group: Default, no configuration in this group"

Hi,

I have installed Windows Mongoose client.

But when I run it I get this error:

I can run Mongoose in web browser no problem.

How can I solve this issue?

If its MT, its usually because the browser didn't pick up the configgroup in your link.

Use IE or Edge to install the windows client.

I've had this bite me too. (We're on prem) Open the "Configuration Manager" on your Utility Server, and select the affected site. Make sure that there are valid values in both the circled areas. Rebuild the Smart Client to play it safe and try running it again.
