I reported this issue to Support several months ago and got nowhere, so thought I'd try here.
The problem is that whenever I try to set up a Drillback to Syteline in a Workflow, I get the message "Requested Site is not available". I found an old M3 related thread discussing the same issue; the root of which was that the lid:// prefix was missing from the Logical ID string. I have exactly the same problem. If I show the Logical ID parameter on the notification screen, it displays as "infor.syteline.csi/dals" (which is the value in the BOD which triggers the Activation Policy.
For M3 there was some sort of configuration mismatch which, once sorted out, fixed the issue.
Is there a similar fix for CSI/Syteline? I'm am using the STANDARD drillbacks provided.
I probably could manipulate the parameter value in the workflow prior to the Approval task, but it seems like the wrong way to solve the problem and I'm not sure if that would help anyway.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
