Drillback not working in CSI/Syteline

I reported this issue to Support several months ago and got nowhere, so thought I'd try here.

The problem is that whenever I try to set up a Drillback to Syteline in a Workflow, I get the message "Requested Site is not available".  I found an old M3 related thread discussing the same issue; the root of which was that the lid:// prefix was missing from the Logical ID string. I have exactly the same problem.  If I show the Logical ID parameter on the notification screen, it displays as "infor.syteline.csi/dals" (which is the value in the BOD which triggers the Activation Policy.

For M3 there was some sort of configuration mismatch which, once sorted out, fixed the issue.

Is there a similar fix for CSI/Syteline?  I'm am using the STANDARD drillbacks provided.

I probably could manipulate the parameter value in the workflow prior to the Approval task, but it seems like the wrong way to solve the problem and I'm not sure if that would help anyway.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Since the missing lid:// prefix gave me something more concrete to go back to Support with, I asked whether there was somewhere in Syteline where I get it added in.

The response was, no.  Plus the suggestion to use a Set Parameter task at the start of the workflow (with the acknowledgement that this would be useless for Alerts).

So I did that (even though it seemed to me that this was changing things too late in the process, since the drillback is configured within the input parameters).  It DOES clear the error, but the Drillback still doesn't work.  That is: clicking on the drillback link takes you back to Syteline but doesn't open a filtered form as one would wish.

So, I compared the URL provided by Sharing the PO thorough Mingle with the URL provided by the Workflow by 'Inspect'ing the webpage:

Any ideas on a way forward?
