I am curious on this as well and opened a case today with Infor. waiting for their response at the moment but wonder if anyone else can shine some light on this timestamp. More specifically - Is this referring to a timestamp out of GHR or elsewhere?

These are used to incrementally fetch "changed/new" records since the specified _fts. Very useful to avoid pulling all records, all the time, especially on large data sets.
Your "client" or consuming program/code (or manually) needs to of course manage when and what timestamp to be using over time.

It would be based on the update stamp according to the audit log history.
