One document for a family of products

Hello!

Wondering if anyone has configured a solution for one document in IDM and that a family of products in M3 can reference.    We have a bulk item that we split out into pack items.  We want to store a document on the bulk item, but be able to retrieve that one document for each of the pack items.

You can have an attribute that references a common field in M3 to match it.

For example, if the bulk and pack items use the same extended item number, you can have an attribute in the library that connects with that.

We use this for the drawings, using the field DWNO in order to connect to the document with the same drawing number

And these 4 items all have the same drawing number, so they all get the same file in related options
