Getting a Forbidden error when running PPS200MI

Error reads as follows:

2021-10-20 14:02:56.5652 | ERROR | File 'PPS200MI.AddLine.TRN100.20211020.020019.xlsx' cannot be loaded: Forbidden

We're in M3 CE. This user, CFRANCO, can successfully run the PPS200MI in MDP using the TEST API.
We've set the values within SES405 for the API transaction.

Any suggestions as to how we can further troubleshoot this Forbidden error?

I think You are in Smart Office.

Try with another user in another PC.

Is not a access problem to local directory ?

Thank you Antonio. We have developed a tool, similar to the Smart Data Loader and it is impersonating the User who has launced the tool to load specific data, in this case PO lines. (The same user that can successfully run the test api)

We also tried it with another User. Same results. Works in TST. Doesn't work in TRN.

We will check in to access to a local directory. Thank you for suggesting that. The interesting difference we recently discovered is that the system account is 100% the same roles in TRN as in TST, and the user involved is also set the same but he can successfully load PO lines in TST but not in TRN. So a local directory does seem a good thing to check.

Can you run any security reports against the business class(File access), form and or roles? This could help you verify that the access is truely compatible or equal.
