Monitor IDM Date Attribute Approaching

We store tax certificates in IDM with an expiration date as an attribute on the document, and would like to set up a monitor in ION Desk to alert us to when the expiration date is approaching. Is this possible? I didn't see an obvious BOD that could be used to create such a monitor.

Monitors need a Sync.<Noun> to be triggered.

At the moment the document is created in IDM a sync.ContentDocument BOD is generated.

But you want to be alerted on documents in IDM based on some query e.g. (expiration date > ( Now - 30 days)).

You can create a query and show the relevant (expiring documents) in a widget on your homepage

You can use the query and use a workflow triggered daily to check relevant documents based on the query and create a task.
