Crosstab table not filtering correctly

Hi,

I have created a nice crosstab report which ment to dispaly current inventory values by product category.

After sticking it on the dashboard though to my great supprise I have realised that thew crosstab report does not follow

the set up to the filter on the dashboard.

In my case I have set up filter to show data for divisions: 11,17,19,18,19,20,21

and the report shows me only summaries for Divisions: 11,17 and 18.

Any ideas why the crosstab report behaves in this particular way and what I need to do to force it to show me all the data I need?

Do you have any other filter(s) on the dashboard or is it only one filter for the divisions ?

I have few more filteres but non active. The divisions chosen meant to be default ones.

I have replicated your table and filter example and it is working fine, you should inspect your dashboard I think you might have other filters in there, could be filters for the product cat code itself (product that doesn't have on hand in 19, 20,21).

Try removing the other 3 filters and leave only the Warehouse Division and see if the filtered Division will show correctly or not.

Also inspect the viz cross tab in Visualizer and see maybe there is a filter there.

Hi,

I have explored this report in Visualiser and it is doing the same.

It looks like when division 11 added it somhow constrains data for other divisions.

The division 11 is the biggest one in terms of inventory. Could the number of data affect what is displayed by crosstab?
