We've gotten several complaints from users that the email address fields in the Customers IDO are not long enough (Infor size is 60 characters).I started to look at (possibly) customizing SLCustomers, but then I noticed something:
There's an IDO field called CustomerEmailAddr. I can't find it mapped to any field on the Customer form. However, the SQL definition is 128 characters but the Infor IDO definition is 60 characters. Does anyone know:
a) where this field is actually used, if at all
b) why the weird discrepancy in sizes
c) if Infor is planning to increase the email character size beyond 60 characters?
