Create a property to add * to the start and beginning of the item

Goal: Understand how to modify Item field to include "*" to the start and end of it.

For example we have Item:12345679 i would like to create a property class or any other methods to add and/or modify the item and being able to call it in the design format as an object.

Here is what i did to fix this in case somebody encounters the same question:

 item = ThisForm.PrimaryIDOCollection.Items(row).Item("Item1").GetValueOfString("")

 ThisForm.PrimaryIDOCollection.SetObjectPropertyPlusModifyRefresh("ue_hm_ItemExp", row, "*" &  UCase(Trim(item)) & "*")
