Adding a Subcollection Grid without adding a Secondary Collection to the form

I would like to add a subcollection grid to the Customer Order Lines form. All the grids that were added in the Source Tab are Subcollections and do not show as a secondary collection of the form. How do you create a new Grid with a binding of Subcollection Grid with a new Table/Collection that is not already listed in the Sub-Collection Property dropdown?

I was able to figure this out. It was in the IDO itself - you add a property of the Collection, then on the form you can specify the connection.
