Working to setup RF Users in CloudSuite Distribution. RF Users need to be linked to a Mingle User. Shopfloor RF Users do not generally have unique email addresses.
Is there a method to set a Mingle User password without using an email tenant invite?
These are loosely known as Kiosk accounts, or Human Service Accounts. Acounts used like a Service account however requiring password.
There is an option that can be requested via support to allow your tenant to have Users without Email, and to allow an Administrator to set Infor Identity user passwords.
We encourage considering other controls to reduce the risks such as;
You could optionally user your Federated accounts and setup the user identity/ authentication there.
Always be aware Infor Identities accounts are not under the same controls as Federated Identities. These are user account and passwords with access to the tenant regardless of what device or location. Employee turnover exposes access to those no longer with your company.
There is a IFS roadmap plan to have separation of User and Service accounts.

We are not familiar with where to find the option to 'limit the IFS users that can use Ming.le Identities', but will check documentation and post back when we find it.
