How can I reference in an OLAP rule an element from 2nd (alternative) hierarchy when this element is present with the same code in the first one?

Syntax is like this
[DIMENSION:HIERARCHY:ELEMENT]
The hierarchy is specified as the second token of the full definition of a reference to an element. For example:
[REGIONS:'<strong>Structure as of 2015':</strong>Germany]
