Form Differences for a User

Has anyone experienced a single user seeing a different version of a form and you have confirmed they DO NOT have a saved User version or a custom Theme? We have 1 user that when they open the Users form they do not have the BUTTONS at the bottom of the form. They can login from their computer to another user and see the buttons. We've tried the URL and One Click to see if it makes a difference. We are stumped and are not sure how to resolve. The user is a super user and the buttons were there a few months ago and are now gone and we can't figure out why.

If it's not a User version of the form, it could be:

a Group version of the form (if the user has the Group auth with Primary Group checked)
an IDO Filter (Row Authorizations)
Component Privileges on this user
maybe some Form Script or another obscure permission control on this form

Of course you tried Ctrl+U, right?

The last thing could be a glitch in the local user parameters; if you login from another computer for this User and see the buttons, then uninstall then reinstall Syteline on the user's computer (you'll have to manually remove the hidden parameters in the AppData folder).

Thanks I just checked for row authorizations and component privileges. There are no group or user versions of the App_Users or Users forms, we did CTRL+U and I confirmed that it is the same results from any computer for that user only. I can't think of anything in form script that would hide buttons for a single user? I am the only one doing the form mods and I definitely didn't make any changes to these buttons.

Even though there is only a SITE version and Vendor version of the form, I do notice that if I go into edit mode and look up the button components they are there in both but have different locations. I also noticed that the size of the forms is different. How is it possible for different users to have different locations/sizes of the same site version form? We also removed any custom themes and verified all user preferences and everything is the same. This is very strange.

Maybe the user has Editing Permissions = 4 so that they get the Vendor default version of the form? And if you check the button's VisibleWhen or Hidden properties, maybe the issue is in there?

As for the size/location, it's very easy to move/resize a form component by mistake with a mouse drag, maybe that's what happened in your Site version.

I just don't get why its only hidden for one user though, this has been going on for a few months and can't figure it out. I will keep pocking around - thanks for the ideas!

Have you tried just creating a new user account, have the user login with the new account and see if the issue persists?
