Application Event Handler when a RMA Item is Received

I want to have an email sent when an RMA Item is received. We receive these through the RMA Return Transaction form in CSI. I have tried just triggering an event when the QtyReceived property is modified on the IDO but this does not seem to work. Has anyone done anything like this and have some guidance? So I just decided to go a different direction on this to make it easier. I just added a Generic Send Email event on the Receive button so that it would send the email notification. I appreciate your help thought!

Qty change doesn't happen on the IDO layer so the system won't fire that. Your best bet would be to have an event run on IDOPostInvoke (after IDO method is invoked) for the RMA method. We do this for a QC method. Here is an example:

What do you set on the actual event handler? Can you show me a print screen of that?

For sure. Its the same as any other event handler, just need the IDO where the method exists.
