Enable new delivered BIFSM GL Reports?

Does anyone know if there is a configuration option somewhere that enables the new delivered BIFSM GL reports?

In our newly provisioned Multi Tenant environment it looks like they are not visible in the BIFSM app because the root folder is set to "Hide from report viewers".

These are the reports we are looking for (note: this is a screenshot of al older version)

Right click on the folder in Application Studio and select check out. Once checked out you can change the report property for Hide from viewers to false and then right click and check the folder back in. This will make the folder and possibly all the reports within the folder available to users. You can control who can see the folder or individual reports in the folder by right clicking on the folder or reports within the folder and selecting Manage permissions.

Thanks Chris. Already tried that. Unfortunately the check out option is grayed out and I believe I already have all designer and administrator roles. Tried selecting Check In even though it was never checked out, and still no dice.

Any other ideas? I'm wondering if these reports are part of the Financial Consolidation module, which we don't have.
