Any Idea on how the 'findDIVI' by 'FACI' works in Event Analytics Rule

Hello,

I am facing an error while fetching the division value by facility in Event analytics Rule in Cloud.

Virtual fields in rule looks like below:

This rule usually returns the division value based on the facility used in PO.

It is returning the Division value as expected but not for one particular Facility. 

I have also checked the CRS008 that particular facility is connected to one division but when the event triggers the event data does not returning the Division value..

Can anyone suggest, any configuration required to fetch the division value for that particular facility in Event Data?

This issue is resolved.

The facility is newly added in the M3. So I reloaded the Bod Processor and now it is returning the division value as expected.
