Does the loop in red ever get kicked off? it looks like its trying to write to the same file that's in the path below
There is no path from Start that would get you to any of the nodes you've highlighted in red. Those nodes are effectively orphans.
Was that the delivered product from the consultant? As Michael indicated the token will not be passed to those activities.
I would assume in the designer the red error would state there is no incoming connections.
That code in Red box is just not used/executed since it's after the END node. We sometime leave old nodes in the flow just for future reference.

Yep, that's the flow in production for one of our interfaces.
To add to what others said, when this is uploaded to the environment, it will say that there are errors. However, it can still be uploaded and will run from Start to End (ignoring, the nodes circled in red, of course).
