Terminate LPL

Hi, 

I am very new to Infor and LPL and am attempting to configure a form to have the following conditions and I have tried piecing together multiple other threads/existing LPL and I am failing miserably. 

I am working on the Terminate Action Form and need the following conditions: 

If the Termination Reason is deceased, the death date is required and the death date can't be in the future. 

Any help would be great!

Something like this seems to work for us:

                DeathDate

                    constraint (reason code = "DECEASED"

                    and DeathDate entered

                    and DeathDate <= current corporate date

                    or reason code != "DECEASED")

                        "DeathDateMustBeEnteredAndPastOrPresent"
