Product Announcement
Infor M3: OpenText End of Support for StreamServe 5.6.2 and below
Summary
OpenText has officially discontinued support for StreamServe version 5.6.2 and below. Customers are now required to either upgrade their existing StreamServe to the latest supported product, OpenText Exstream (on-premise or cloud), or pay for Extended Support for StreamServe to cover P1 and security updates.
What does this mean for M3 customers still running StreamServe?
Customers who decide to stay on their current StreamServe version and not upgrade or pay for Extended Support will no longer be able to raise support tickets with OpenText or via Infor support for StreamServe 5.6.2 and below.
They will still have access to the OpenText self-service portal for relevant material, and to OpenText Exstream via the Infor Download Center, and they will be able to raise M3 support incident tickets.
