Has anyone created an event handler or used the subscriptions in CSI to send survey emails to customers? Our team currently runs a report of all shipments for the month, eliminates repeat customers and then sends a communication through CSI, however they have to manually to create the sales contacts and then the contact groups and then generate the email. We would like to find a way to automate this process and wondering if there is any standard functionality I can start with using subscriptions or if we will just need to start from scratch.
Any help or advice is appreciates as we are new to the event handler creation side of things
