Similar issue on our govcloud instance as well. Have a ticket raised with both HxGN and INFOR to get it resolved.... I'll let you know what we find out. Sorry could not provide more details. For us on the EAM side we are getting a Sun Certificate error message when the payload excutes the write...
First thing to try is making a copy of this workflow and remove the steps that have been executed correctly.
Then start the new/copied workflow.
If this is failing on the same step, contact Support as there is probably a processing lock and cloud ops needs to remove it before it will continue again.
Does your log indicate a publish lock toward the bottom? We have been getting that consistently lately.
Hello,the error comes from the dataspace which is certainly not correctly initialized (from Unknown Space)You have to review the workflow that you have to copy beforehand and set up each step so that it targets the dataspace corresponding to your production environment

You will see 'Unknown Space' when you don't have the appropriate access to the space or the space has been removed (this situation seems the former). If you have the appropriate Admin access for the space which causes this error, you need to review under Admin/Monitoring the Publish section, click View Details and download the log. Potentially, the issue is with the republish lock being enabled. If this flag is in that state, the Birst Engine cannot continue processing to the space.
