EPM Cloud connections on premise database

Hi Community,

I plan to move EPM 2023.01 from On premise to the Infor's cloud. I am wondering if using the enterprise connection from ION / OS I can still connect from my on premise database (i5 DB2 or/and SQL) using the EPM administration/ data connections site or must go first to the Data Fabick / Data Lake to retreive and publish data?

I really apreciate your comments here in order to plan my integration efforts. Thks

Hi Mauricio,

for performance, stability, and security reasons you have to bring data first into the Data Lake and then to the EPM Staging/Integrations database.
